Couple photoshoot turns into unexpected engagement shoot
Last month I had the pleasure of shooting a session with an unexpected twist. What started as a regular couple photoshoot in Leeds turned into an engagement shoot!
Two families, one photography session
I had a really fun time earlier this month shooting two families who were on holiday together.
They were spending a few days in Leeds on their way up to Scotland and asked me if I could capture some natural images of them together. Usually with family photography sessions I’m shooting a single family so I was quite excited by the challenge of shooting a larger group.
Family Portrait Photography Session – Kristiina & Isak
I’ve really missed being able to shoot during the lockdown. In the last few weeks I’ve finally been able to get back to distanced, outdoor shoots.
A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of spending some time shooting Kristiina and her son Isak in Leeds.
Back to work with editorial portrait photography for TLG
A couple of weeks ago I was finally able to start shooting again with a series of editorial portraits shots for TLG.
Lockdown has been tough and I’ve really missed shooting so I was delighted to get back out with camera in hand the other week. I’ve worked with TLG before – shooting editorial for their Hope & A Future magazine.
Family Portrait Photography Session – Amy, Martin, Toby & Jaxon
This week I had the pleasure of spending some time with this lovely family for a family photography session.
Event photography for Moda’s launch in Leeds
I was delighted to be asked to be the event photographer for the official groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate work officially starting on the new Moda development at New York Square in Leeds.
Round table photography for Yorkshire Business Insider Magazine
Last month I was commissioned to document a round table discussion about sustainable manufacturing for Yorkshire Business Insider Magazine amid changing regulation and Brexit implications.
Nine Lives Saved – The Transplant Gallery exhibition at Leeds City Museum
I recently wrote about Nine Lives Saved – The Transplant Gallery that I was asked to shoot for Yorkshire’s ‘Be A Hero’ organ donation campaign.

Nine Lives Saved – The Transplant Gallery for Yorkshire’s Be A Hero organ donation campaign
It’s been a real privilege to work with Hatch Communications and Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust this week on Yorkshire’s ‘Be A Hero’ organ donation campaign.
Each one of us has the ability to save up to nine lives and this week I’ve been shooting portraits of nine inspiring individuals who have been gifted a second chance at life with an all-important organ transplant.
