Shooting silhouettes against an incredible sea fret on the Yorkshire coast
Earlier this summer I had the unexpected opportunity to capture an incredible sea fret during a family trip to the Yorkshire coast.
We arrived at Hunmanby Gap, just down from Filey on the Yorkshire coast, fairly early and we were greeted with a really interesting morning mist.

Family Photography session amongst the trees of the Yorkshire Sculpture Park
A few months ago I had the pleasure of meeting up with Alix and her family for a family shoot at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
The family had adopted a large oak tree and it’s a location that’s very important to them so it was a real pleasure to shoot them as a family in one of their favourite places. Not least because their family had very recently grown by one!

Capturing family memories is important… and worth waiting for
This family photography session was a long time coming, but well worth the wait.
Sarai originally got in touch because her and her husband had missed out on booking a photographer due to the pandemic and were keen to capture some memories before their 16 month old daughter completed her transition from baby to toddler.
